Yes. I have several statues of gods and goddesses. I had more, but gave away my statue of Pan because I got too old for that sort of thing. (You should have seen his disproportionate Magic Wand!)

Meh. I don't really care as long as it doesn't affect anyone else and you don't turn into a raving lunatic like some people I've seen. We all have our idols in some form or another, the Christians just like to pretend they dont because they think they're above the rest of us.

Idolatry is a sin and anyone who believes in God should not practice it. God forbid it; "Do not make idols or set up an image or a sacred stone for yourselves, and do not place a carved stone in your land to bow down before it. I am the LORD your God." (Leviticus 26:1). But those who trust in idols, who say to images, 'You are our gods,' will be turned back in utter shame. (Isaiah 42:17)

I hate those who cling to worthless idols; I trust in the LORD. (Psalm 31:6)

I always think it's funny that people have such a strong reaction to the idea of having an idol or usually the same christians who have an entire wall devoted to Dale Earnhardt Sr. memorabilia.

The question of what is within reason is rather broad. As for me, I worship nothing.

If you want to worship a statue that was created by human hands, go ahead. If you want to worship Paris Hilton, go ahead. If you want to bow down to a fire hydrant, be my guest.

Just remember, whatever you decide to worship, you are admitting that it or they, are greater than yourself.

Hope this works out for you.

Hmmm. How about no. It is your choice to turn against God but don't pull anyone else down with you.
