They were already weeing and pooing in the womb! You won't notice or clear up any poo/wee for a good few days as the mother will eat it. Puppy poo will be very runny anyway and obviously there won't be much of it.
You should notice damp patches on the paper or thir beds where the mom has cleared up their wee/poo. If you don't take very careful note of it and checkthat they are weeing/pooing. It is not unusual for a puppy to have a problem with his/her tubes and if they aren't weeing/pooing you must take them to the vets.
Puppies wee/poo every few hours, if not more often. Poos begin to become solid when you feed them solid food! You will start having to clear up the mess when the mother is overwhelmed by it or stops eating it. This time varies according to the mother.
As a final side note, don't stop the mother from clearing up the poo/wee. It is a 'bonding' type activity and helps to replace lost nutrients on the mothers side. It's like stopping a new mother from changing her babies nappy!
Enjoy your new family!!!

A puppy MUST pee and poop shortly after birth or it will die. If a puppy does not eliminate any waste in the first 24 hours, it probably won't make it. The mother stimulates the puppy to get it to eliminate the waste from its body. Mom also handles cleanup. Chances are if your puppies have survived a week, they are doing fine and mom is doing a good job or you would have lost them by now.

Within hours, but the mom cleans up after them for about 3 weeks. If it's a good Mom, you won't see any messes for several weeks.
You should probably start reading some books on breeding and whelping puppies.

Er - from birth! The mother licks their bottom when she washes them, after they've been suckling them, and this stimulates them to wee and poo.
If you're raising orphaned puppies you have to simulate this action after each bottle feed by wiping their bottoms with wet cotton wool.
So - you're puppies are already weeing and pooing. Obviously they're very small so their poo is too, but they're producing it.

don't worry you wont see any of the urine or poo as mum will stimulate pups to go to the toilet and she will eat it and will continue to do so while she is feeding them but if you very gentle tickle there private part you will see them wee you need to keep an eye on this do it a few times a day but if you watch mum when she is feeding you will see her licking their private parts to stimulate them to go to toilet and she eats it and does this from birth
