Actually Bull terriers are well known to be very bad mothers.
The breeding part is easy, it's the 8-12 weeks of 2-3 hourly feeds & washing the pups that you would need to worry about when the Dam rejects a litter of say about 10 puppys.
& if you did manage to do this whilst keeping the dam away from the litter, You would still have to find good homes for them & provide after care.
You could do it. But has Your dog had all of the relevent health tests, ie: eye testing & not just a quick once over by the vet. Is Your dog KC registered? Is Your dog a good example of the Breed & have You spend time looking for a Stud that has had the same tests & would he be suitable to breed from.
Also would you be prepared to put Your dog's life at risk if something went wrong during whelp? & have You got plenty of money, because You'll need it if You have to call out a vet at 3am if something goes wrong.

Hm, breeding puppies is a controversial subject on here hey! There is a good reason for that.
If you really want to become a breeder (a proper one, not just someone who lets their dog have puppies) you need a to get a breeding ***** from a reputable breeder and have them mentor you through the process. You'll find it very expensive and time consuming to do properly.
Breeding is a huge responsibility, you do need to have someone chaperone you through it at least the first time, you can't just pick up the info you need from the internet.
