It already has 3 walls would just need to put up a fourth wall about 12 feet with a door and construct a closet in the room. Also move a light switch next to the new door.

Most of this could be a DIY project, but if you hire someone, then I'd guess about eight hundred dollars. The expensive part would be the materials, as the work could be done in one to two days.

If you do get it done professionally try to buy the materials yourself. You can always set up an account at places like porter paints and you can get a discount ranging from 15% for hand tools to 30% for big stuff. You can also get easy to follow books on electricity @ Home Depot. My dad does it all the time.

The size of the wall and closet will be higher if not standard but it should only be a few hundred dollars!
