Fact 1 : God had other planets to plant tree of life and tree of knowledge. However, He insited these two plants in the garden of Eden.

Fact 2 : Tree of Life and Tree of Knowledge were not meaned for Human.

Fact 3 : His creation were so useless ( I think IQ of 10 and EQ of 5 ) to believe setpent in one sentense.

Fact 4 : When He knew Adam and Eve ate the fruit, He punished all Human being.

My Question :

1) What was the God reason to put those 2 trees in the garden of Eden ( Based on Fact 1, Fact 2 and Fact 3 )?

2) Is God of Genesis a Benevolent God ?
I read interesting reply from believer. Believer respond by child eating forbidden cookies from kitchen and punished. However, these two situations are not the same.
Tree of knowledge is not compare to cookies. If we really must, should be POISION. Will any loving and caring parent leave poision in the house just for children to take.

Every tree that grew out of the ground was good for food, EVERY TREE, NO EXCEPTIONS. But there was 2 trees that did NOT grow out of the ground, & they were in the midst of the garden, what are these 2 trees, They are 2 laws of reproduction. If Eve did not listern to the serpent which was a upright creature before the fall, Every person born would have been born with eternal life, But since Eve was inticed by the serpent to a a sexual relationship out of God's due process of time for reproduction, & she knew that this act can also be used for pleasure, then that brought forth death. Cain is NOT a son of Adam but of the serpent. In the curse, God took the legs & arms of the serpent & put him into the reptile family, Then God cursed Eve's reproduction organs, & then God cursed the ground for Adam's sake. In the curse, woman lost their knowledge of when she can conceive, The animal kingdom did not lose the knowledge. Now I know many will just thumb this down without even really reading Gen. Chapter 2 & 3. Are people afraid to really find out the truth of what happened.

God placed both the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil and the Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden. His instruction to Adam was that Adam could eat of every tree in the garden except for the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. A simple rule but easy to break. Adam's failure to obey resulted in death for everyone after that as we are descended from Adam.

God's creation, Adam and Eve were not stupid but they were tempted by the fruit and the knowledge that they would be like God after eating the fruit. Like Lucifer, Adam and Eve fell because of the desire to be like God.

Do you think you could have done better than Adam if placed in a similar situation?

You know the story of Adam and Eve is just a metaphor for being obedient to God and what happens when you are not. I still do not understand why every christian insists that Adam and Eve were real actual people.
God gave Adam and Eve a choice, live complacent and obedient to me forever and ever or have my knowledge. Humm, that is a simple choice, be a slave or be a god, well duh Eve choose to be like God even if it meant she would not live forever. Why would a loving and benevolent god ever stack the deck like that? Where was his love and compassion? Because anyone who actually reads the bible rather then listen to others regurgitate what they think it says knows the God of the bible was a vengeful, angry, spiteful being and if you have any question about that read about Job. On a bet, a bet, God killed Job's entire family, everyone Job loved to prove that he would remain faithful to God. What kind of sick twisted being would do that? Isn't that vanity and isn't vanity a sin? So that makes God a sinner. Right?

the bible wont tell you this its kabbalistic symbolism. And its meant to confuse the uninitiated. the tree of life is a glyph as well. In order to perceive the light you need to perceive darkness. And it was that Adam and Eve were in spirit bodies and then after the fall they became flesh and had knowledge. Now we are like god in the sense that we have knowledge of good and evil . the tree in the center is the genitalia and to eat the fruit is to give oral sex. and god knew that it would be disobeyed but for a good reason although it don't seem that way. and the serpent is the kundalini.

There are no editions of the Bible that are flawless. Look into the history. Books were thrown out. Pieces of it were put together from different parts of the book like a puzzle. Books were hidden when Christians were persecuted and killed. (Read the Gnostic Codices). Before the Bible was let loose to the people, many people edited it for content. Also it was written two centuries after Christ was crucified.
So why get bent over one story? God did whatever he did, and Adam and Eve showed God complete disrespect. Wouldn't you at least put your kid on a time-out if he treated you this way?

Blessed Be

Adam and Eve needed to know the difference between good and evil so they could choose between God and evil. He gave them the tree knowing that they would choose to eat from the tree of knowledge and as a result know the difference between good and evil. They could not stay in Eden where all was innocent after they had eaten. They were sent out where they could use that knowledge and choose God over evil so they could be happy with God forever.

God gave Adam and Eve all that they could ever want in the Garden of Eden and also told them what they could not have. Adam and Eve also had their brains to think for themselves. God wanted them to make a choice. If you make the wrong choice, you are punished. How do you punish someone who commits a crime? Adam and Eve weren't satisfied with all that God had given them, they wanted more.If their love for God was more then their love of more knowledge, then the sin would never have happened! God put the trees in the garden to see how much Adam and Eve really loved Him and to see how they would handle being tempted! In this world we are constantly being tested!

Hello and Love in order to be love CAN NOT be forced it must have the power to say NO, God put two trees in every place when in other places He put the tree of life He also put the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, God gave us the most dangerous gift He could He gave us choice, and that gift has responsibilities, when mankind sinned they as it were pulled the plug on life because the natural results of deciding to sin is to die, but The Second member of The Godhead came to plug life back in "IF" we meet the conditions upon which life is offered. And The effects or "poison" of sin He took Himself on Calvary, He took our sins and nailed it to The Cross [which was my and your cross] so we can live. Adam and Eve were told not to eat from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil and therefore they had no concept of what good and evil were. Hence they had no idea that the serpent was lying and deceiving - or that they were disobedient to instructions.
They were completely naive.

well God knowing everything, id say none of your facts. lucifier screwing up before the garden of Eden and God knowing Adam and Eve was gonna screw up, he had to start the beginning where his son could come into the picture. even after all this we are still justified by Christ's blood so it doesn't even matter what happen in the garden of Eden cuz we still can be saved. it all boils down to us deciding what road were gonna take and who were gonna follow. are we gonna die to self or keep pleasing self. choices, that's all it is.
