OK, I really don't know what is goin on and I have so many questions. Theres a bump on the outside of my vagina and also today I just noticed I have another one on my vulva. I have been tested for STD's and HIV, and all tests came up negative. I always have discharge, and this bad odor, and now this bumps that really itch. I am so worried I don't know what to do. My partner is always saying I have a bad odor and it's really embarrasing. Doctors don't seem to take me seriously because of my insurance. I am so tired of using dauches and stuff I really want a cure for this. I AM REALLY SEEKING HELP. Please give me some advice, I really want some good serious answers, is not a joke. Please help.
Also, could you tranfer an STD using a dildo that hasn't been used for a while?
Could you tranfer an STD by just sitting on a public toilet that seems to be clean?

ok, first of all STOP using douche, and DON'T ever use it again.
women are not supposed to douche, it is the WORST thing you could ever do for yourself.
it strips your vagina of essential germ fighters that keep the vagina from getting infections.
are you using soap in the inside of your vagina?only pure clean water should go actually inside your vagina.
if you are then stop and stop now
a womans vagina is a "self cleaning oven" soap never should actually go inside of it, again it washed out essential germ fighters.
do you take a bathe?
if you do then take a shower
when you take a bathe you are sitting in dirty water and where do you think the dirty water goes?
yes, inside your vagina where you don't need it to be.
yogurt is very important for women to eat, it has agents in it that replace, or boost our essential germ fighters for our vagina.
so eat atleast 2 yogurts a week.
don't use powdres or perfumes down there.
powder can actually cause infections.
you should try to wear cotton panties as much as possible instead of silk, it allows that area to "breathe " better
if i were you , i would get an over the counter yeast infection treatment, if that doesn't work then you need to go back to your md and demand answers.
if you have a constant discharge and your md said he could find no std's, then it's not an std.
and if he's not giving you proper care b/c of insurance reasons then you need to find your nearest free clinic.

You may have something called Bacterial Vaginitis and that causes smelly discharge..when you go and get your yearly pap, or if you cannot wait that long, ask to be tested for bacterial diseases...which are NOT STD's just so you wont feel that embarrassed. The doctor will test you on the spot and look at your discharge under a microscope to tell what kind of bacteria you have.
And dont worry...MANY women get this! It is apart of human nature! I had this before and mistaken for what I thought to be an STD and I had just worried myself for nothing! They then will give you antibiotics and it will go away!!! :)

Pimples can occur in the vagina (the vagina is on the inside of the body) as well as the vulva (the external portion of our genital area). As for the discharge, it sounds like you have an infection.
I would recommend getting another opinion. Because of the kind of insurance you have I would recommend letting the representative that you talk to know that you need to talk to a supervisor. When you get the supervisor explain to them what is going on and need to get help getting another opinion because of some symptoms that you have. One of them you think might be an infection going on.
If they won't then get in touch with the Insurance Commissioner of your State to let them know what's going on because you need help.
If there's a Medical School close by try there if you haven't already to see if they can be of help.
Another thing you could try is a walk-in clinic as is showing up in some of the bigger drugstores if you haven't already to see if they might be able to help.

sounds as though you have a bacterial infection. i have before and i know how embarrasing that is. its not because your dirty it just happens as do yeast infrections. it will clear up with anitbiotics. also try and stay away from thongs and be careful with your bath towels and puffs they carry bacteria if not replaced often or not washed properly. also douche is not a good thing can make it worse. and when washing your vaginal area try and stay away from soaps that have a lot of perfume and like your momma should have taught make sure you wipe from front to back hope this helps

Yea, I would stop using the douche. Also, if you are trying to use that foam that you insert in yourself to prevent pregnancy, that can cause some adverse effects as well. You might want to go to a free clinic like planned parenthood to get checked out if you are having troubles with your obgyn.

Genital warts (HPV) suspected. Please test the vaginal discharge at a clinical laboratory. Bacterial vaginosis has a fishy odour. For trichomoniasis, the symptom is frothy yellow-green vaginal discharge with a strong odor.
Please see the web pages for more details on Genital warts and Bacterial vaginosis.
