The god given oppertunity to decide if u want to change ur life for the better or not ... if jesus didnt die or the cross we would not have our sins paid for... but ur question is errelivent it dosnt make sense.. what does a person deserve by being alive??? How about What does god deserve, for saving our lives so that we humans can have the choice of everlasting life, or sin and death? we dont deserve ANYTHING we live sin, breath sin and only for us to be forgiven, corrected and accepted by god ONLY if we believe. Look at ur question, think about it, because with all do respect u don't make any kind of sense...its ok we are all learning im learning i hope i didnt sound rude or bias i mean u well and i hope u understood where i was comming from...GOD BLESS~

According to our founding fathers, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, the right to no taxation without representation, the right to bear arms, the protection from illegal search and seizure and many other civil rights. There have been amazingly few amendments needed, but many of these rights are being denied to our citizens. Having said that, I well deserve to have been dead a long time ago. Today, I try to remember to be grateful for every tender mercy, and I fall short. I don't think I deserve more, I expect better from our leaders.

paczjj, your first sentence was going to be MY first sentence!!! I totally agree with you.
It's only through God's mercy that we are on this earth at this time. We deserve death, but through His Son's shed blood, we can choose to be saved and have our sins washed away!!! We do not deserve, nor are guaranteed one more BREATH on this earth, so we better be doing what we're meant to do and that is tell people of our Wonderful, Loving, Caring God that loves EVERYONE. NO ONE is 'so bad' that God doesn't love them. We have all sinned, so we're all in the same boat. One sin is no worse than another in God's eyes.
So, if we choose to ask Him into our hearts and lives, then we will be saved and we will have God's mercy and we'll spend eternity in heaven!!!! Amen to that!!!
So while we're here...we need to spread the good news of Jesus Christ and show people with our actions, not just let them hear empty words!

I believe that by virtue of being alive everyone deserves respect, dignity, and to be loved because we are God's creations and He loves us. However, we were not promised a rose garden in this life. As sinners we do not "deserve" the Salvation Jesus suffered and died to obtain for us, and yet it is given to us freely when we accept His sacrifice for us.

To be honest, we deserve nothing just by being alive.
All people have sinned and are separated from God. Because of that, God doesn't have to give anyone anything. However, he loves people so much that he gives them a way to have a relationship with him. He gives us that chance through Jesus Christ, by accepting his sacrifice on the cross to pay for our sins, that he provides a free gift for everyone to accept. God's grace allows us all to have a relationship with him.

The right to live, love, grow, procreate. None of us asked to be created, we were given the gift of life, so it really isn't up to us to say what we deserve, but it is up to all of us to live, love and continue life. Make the best of the gift we are given, and do well by others. Life is what each of us makes it, and what each of us deserves, is through the choices we make in life, and how we live, love, learn, and treat others.

hmmm wow , what do i deserve.. you know i dont know how to asnwer this... i dont know if i am deserving of anything more than someone else. would it be really fair t say i deserve happiness while someone else is so sad . or that i deserve wealth while a neighbor is so poor they cant afford to feed their kids? or i deserve great health, while someone else is suffering ? i dont know that i deserve anything more then the fact i was born
