No more headaches, no more backaches, eye sight improved, more energy, sleep much much better, and I've even noticed my hair doesn't fall out like it used to!

Hhhhmmm.... I'm not sure I can say anything that has not been said already. In the past few months, though, my energy has been down a bit, but I'm sure it's just part of pregnancy. I've been a bit constipated on occasion in the last week or so, but I've also read that's part of pregnancy, in the third trimester. (I'm in my sixth month.) The last time I got my hair cut the person couldn't stop gushing over how healthy my hair was. I should have told her that in addition to not blow drying it, I only wash it two or three times a week, I don't put any products on it, and I'm vegan and try and stick to foods that are as whole and natrual as possible. Go figure.

In terms of health, I agree with the others about the comparison of what I eat and the afore mentioned SAD. (I like that acronym.) My in-laws have had health problems and still do. While they are two to five years younger than my parents' 65, they seem older physically and health wise. (My father has had arthritis develop and my mother's back isn't as good [though that might be an after effect of breaking her shoulder and toe a couple of summers ago and being near immobile for two or three months]. When I visited them last and we went up for Holy Communion, my mother didn't kneel. I thought, My mom is too young to be too old to not kneel. Eh.) They eat stuff I would consider to be bad science experiments, not food, even after having diabetes problems, heart problems, prostate cancer, etc. Fortunately, I've been rubbing off on my husband and he's doing better.

Physically, mentally and spiritually, I feel better than what I did before. When I do eat "food", even too much white flour, I feel sick. It could be psychological in part because I feel guilty for putting that stuff in my body and knowing my baby will be getting it too. (Even when I do eat white flour, I still try and get enough whole grains. I feel as though I'm compesating that way, but I'm concerned about my baby. Although, there have been times when the white flour was better than nothing, just so my baby could more or less get something.)

The only concern, health wise, I have with my pregnancy is that I'm not walking the way I should. Even today, which has been gorgeous, I've stayed inside. Not good.

I digress though.

Since I went vegan, I have lost more than 50 lb with exercise, have more energy than I have in my whole life, feel more peaceful, am less depressed, have normalized my blood sugar and cholesterol levels, have clearer and better-hydrated skin, am never constipated (used to be everyday!), and I found out that I am a sensitive and compassionate person after all (yes, I had doubts about that, lol).

It's hard to answer this question because everything' has gotten better lol. All five of my senses, every function of my body. Women flirt with me like I've never experienced before, there must be something unseen that they like. Maybe it's because you smell more like a strawberry than a bacon double cheesebuger? Who knows.

My energy level has skyrocketed. Also, I feel much, much cleaner inside/ I know that a lot of this is psychological, but who cares.... I feel much better all the time. It is almost like I feel as if I have reduced the chances of a future coronary or vascular disease.... which makes me very happy; no matter if it really does or not....

Well, when I look at animals, I know that I can live happily because I no longer eat them or support how they're killed. I also don't miss being full after I had a big hamburger or anything, because I no longer eat those...or any meat, fish, etc.

Oh, good heavens yes! I lost 40 pounds (unintentionally) and went from being very ill to being very well. I was crippled when I ate SAD (Standard American Diet) and now I am perfectly fine. Its SAD how much garbage people consider to be "food". The standard diet is now hardly anything more than processed chemicals and genetically modified foods-yuck! My skin, hair and nails are healthier too!
