at what age (if you're a virgin) if you had genital herpes, what age would you see a breakout? like not a huge breakout, just small barely visible bumps?

Actually, it is becoming very common for virgins to contract herpes. It does not take sexual intercourse to catch it. It can be spread through oral sex, grinding, or any skin on skin contact with an infected partner. Herpes is spread by skin on skin contact not by body fluids the way some other STDs are. Using a condom will not prevent infection either.
Age has nothing to do with when you will have an outbreak. It has to do with how long ago you were infected and how your body reacts to the infection. 1/4 -1/5 people have genital herpes and 90% of those with it do not even know it. There are a lot of people out there who never have a "major" outbreak.
If you suspect you have been infected the best thing to do is to have a blood test done to check for the antibodies. Since symptoms vary significantly you cannot determine status on symptoms alone.

I got diagnosed with genital herpes (type 2) about six yrs ago, while I was still in college and had a stupid one-night stand. I know a lot of girls will declare this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a huge mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the implications for my entire life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date guys again. After all, who wants to go out with a girl that has sores around her you-know-what? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/VGhTH everything improved.
Not only was I able to clear away all traces of the herpes virus from my body in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so fortunate to write that just last week, in front of everyone in a crowded cafe, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This system gave me back the opportunity to be happy and experience real love. Now I want to enable you too by sharing this with the whole World.

They're probably foliculitis (irritated or infected hair folicles) or even zits.
I went to the Dr all freaked out once, and she laughed & lanced the bump I was so scared of... it was a zit, apparently you can get clogged pores everywhere!
If you're a virgin, you probably dont have genital herpes (unless someone went down on you, then it's possible)
See a doctor, if you cant talk to your parents, go to planned parenthood.
Also, most people have mouth herpes (cold sores) and this can be passed along by your parents kissing you, or sharing drinks with friends... etc. And once it is in your blood stream you can find outbreaks on your mouth, but also possible on your genitals... but very rare.

if you are a virgin, it is unlikely you would have genital herpes as it is passed by intercourse. And the lesions are not tiny bumps, they are large painful open wounds. The virus itself is in the nervous system and can lay there dormant for years sometimes before being triggered. When you have herpes, the virus starts to grow weeks before an outbreak occurs and remains active for weeks after it has healed, so it can be transmitted at any time. But from what you have described, I would say you don't have herpes. If you are concerned, get a doctor to examine you.

I'm not sure a virgin can get herpes. I think someone has to infect you first.

those little bumps you might be talking about could be natural, not herpes.
