My favorite is angel hair because it is so thin!!!
That's what I use for spaghetti and many of my other dishes all the time for pasta....

Probably big fat udon noodles. Chewy on the inside slightly, but soft and typically soaked in sauce on the outside.

I grew up in an Italian family so I don't discriminate too much on other noodles.

Thai kitchen noodle carts. I eat them about every day. The little containers they come in are great for leftovers, lunches, crafts, etc too...saves having to buy rubbermaid containers.

Anything with a shape, not spaghetti or long strands. Those are the only kinds my husband will eat. Rotini, orzo, campanelle, anything but spaghetti/fettucinni/linguini!
