It's good you're full, and soy is a healthy source of protein, but don't forget to have fruits, vegetables, and nuts in your diet.

Well, you are certainly getting a lot of soy protein. Keep in mind that your protein needs are about 0.8 g per a kg of body weight (calculate here:http://www.healthcalculators.org/calculators/protein.asp). Eating extra protein will go towards making fat (not muscle!), or just be excreted.
It might be possible that you are overeating in general if you still feel so full...listen to your body and stop eating when you are full. I would highly reccomend a book titled "Mindless Eating"( http://www.mindlesseating.org/) it explains the reasons why we eat even though we are not hungry and strategies to avoid this...

Just because it's soy doesn't mean its less calories.
Try to include more variety in your diet by experimenting with some other plant proteins like black beans and lentils...Also, don't forget to add lots of fruits and veggies. As a vegetarian I think it can be easy to get stuck in a rut--seek out some new recipes to try:

Thanks for nutrition question!

Soy slows your thyroid gland down... thyroid is responsible for maintaining your metabolism.

When your metabolism slows, you become less hungry.

Moderate your soy intake. Sometimes, use other beans (pinto, black beans) or wheat protein (seitan) instead of soy-meat products... and try drinking regular milk, or use nut milk or rice milk instead of soy.

All things in moderation.

i find vegetarian/vegan foods more filling and fulfilling, but you need to eat every meal with meat replacements. even if you're not hungry, doesn't mean you shouldn't eat. :p hope this helped! :].
