Dehydration and canning pretty well cover it. They're both very easy, thankfully. I have done pressure canning, and if you follow the directions it's very safe. Dehydration is a snap; presuming you seal things well, they will last a LONG time.

Freeze them, they are really good that way, and make great snacks..cut bananas in half and add like toothpicks in the center of each and then freeze. Yum, they are the best popsicles to eat anytime in these hot summer days!
