BiBeBomp I'm not sure how to spell it but its usually a big dish that has rice at the bottom them bulgogi (that might be spelled wrong to lol) spinach, carrotes, bean sprouts, and other veggies with a half cooked egg on top. You then would mix all of the stuff in the dish up and add a special hot sauce. It ends up a wierd color and does not look that great but its one of my fav korean dishes.

Tofu. I used to avoid it like the plague. Then I tried some tofu dishes and found it's quite good depending on the preparation. Hot and spicy Chinese Szechuan ma-po-tofu with ground beef over rice always hits the spot. I've even worked up a tolerance for the "smelly" tofu served by some places at dim sum.
Still won't eat mushrooms though. =)

My hubby's "glop". It's tuna and cream of mushroom and peas. Open up a box of mac and cheese and take out the cheese packet. Save the mac, don't use it. One soup can of milk. Stir it together in a pan. Serve on toast.
First time I saw it I swore no way! But I ate 3 servings!

Candied yams with marshmallows. It looks really disgusting, but it tastes good. Also, my mother makes a dish called "check rice"(it's a Liberian thing): You puree okra and spinach in the blender, and mix it with cooked rice, until the rice takes on a green color. It looks like the rice has gone bad, but it's good.

Fried pumpkin and pork with egg - from Thailand. It looks disgusting - some people said it looks like poo (although not quite - with the egg white in it)
Beautiful with steamed rice and some chilli fish sauce (nam pla)

I went to a dim sum restaurant when I was 7, and did not eat anything it looked so different. When I went back a few years later, I LOVED it! I am completely addicted now!

creamed spinach. It looks like somebody already ate it once but I think it's delicious. Even so, I rarely eat it because I don't know how to cook it, suspect it's not very healthy because of the cream, and it rarely seems to be reasonably priced where I live.
