Go to your doctor and ask them for a list of free foods, along with that list should be a list of stuff you can have at restaurants...You can also pick up books that will have full lists of food at all kinds of restaurants and fast food places...
I keep a book in my car for when we go on vacation...

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

What do you eat normally? take a cooler and water, and stop at groceries stores and buy your supplys each day. I'm diabetes also and that is what we do. If we had to buy food in Resturants 3 or more times a day we'd go broke. Guess it's all in what you want to spend your money on. Hope you have a great trip. Drive careful, and be safe.

Absolutely if you know the proper food choices. I assume you have been to a dietitian and know good food choices for diabetes. I would make sure that you take bottled water, and some healthy snacks like whole grain crackers, cheese, peanut butter, almonds, fresh fruit. Make sure you also have glucose tablets, or hard candies just in case you have a time when your blood sugar drops. 1/2 box of raisins is also a quick sugar fix if it drops. good luck
If you go online to fast food or chain restaurant sites you can usually find a nutrition guide for their food.

Same way the rest of us do. Learn to count calories. When in doubt, eat vegetables.
