It's meat and it's not ok to eat them whether you are a vegetarian or not. Eating those things is playing russian roulette with your heart.

Pork rinds are fried pork skin. While not considered a meat, it is taken from the slaughtered animal.

Pork rinds are the cooked fat of a pig. I am not a vegan, so I don't know if that is okay. Hopefully someone else will know.

"meat' is subjective. i believe they are fried pork skins, but i could be mistaken. clearly pigs must be killed to make them!

They're actually skin. They don't really kill the pig... they just peel their skin off and let it grow back. This allows for multiple pork rind harvests.

Tasty!
