Here are a few party ideas...
Tape photos of guest to the wall and challenge guests to identify who's who. Have them write captions for their photos. Award a prize to the guest who identifies the most babies and another to the guest who comes up with the
funniest caption.
Take three lifesavers together and place white frosting around them together. Take a pink jelleybelly or a blue jellybelly on top of one of them whether they are having a boy or girl. The white frosting should hold the jellybelly into place and then you will have little baby shower bottle decorations to spread across the room or on the tables.
Serve finger foods or sandwiches...
Chips and Dips - Serve spinach dip, salsa, guacamole, onion dip, or hot artichoke dip with tortilla chips or pita bread cut into small triangles.
Cheese and Crackers - Serve a variety of crackers along with two or more cheeses.
Chicken - Serve on skewers with teriyaki or peanut sauce.
Baby Shrimp - Serve with cocktail sauce.
Chicken Wings - served with ranch dressing!
Meat Balls - make sure to serve the small variety.
Mini Pizzas - small enough to pop in your mouth, they go fast.

Well, hang up a clothesline! As clothes are unwrapped, pin them to the line.
Arrange cotton batting in the center of a table like clouds, and set teddy bears on top. Tie ribbons around their necks in your them colors.
As a hostess gift, give the Mom to Be a box of Dreft baby detergent -- in keeping w/ the laundry/clothes line theme!
As far as food, any good snacks will do. They dont' have to be color-themed! You may find a store that sells colored M&M's of variosu colors and put out a bowl in yoru 3 theme colors... but other than that... good hot dips, petit fours or a cake w/ clotheline and teddies on it, little smokies, cheese tray.... the usual would be great!
Dont' forget a good punch!

Do a web search for 'teddy bear shower ideas'. You will be surprised how many sites come up ( too many to list here ). Everything from food, games and decorations, all with the teddy bear theme. One idea I liked was to cut your sandwiches with a large bear cookie cutter.

Star theme:
Celebrate the little star on the way by decorating the baby shower with stars and moons. Decorate with star-shaped items and glitter for stardust. Create star stencils and write cute information on each star (i.e., parents to be names, grandparent’s names, “it’s a boy”, etc). Have each baby shower attendee write a message on stars (advice for the new parents or congratulatory messages and collect them).
Baby Book Theme:
Have each attendee bring a baby book and talk to everyone about their favorite kid book growing up. Then the new mom will have a big stash of books for her little one.
Duckie Theme:
You can do a rubber duckie themed party. The duckies will go with your blue, tan, and brown color choices.
There are some useful websites out there too that you can look at to get some ideas. Good luck!!!
