i order a grilled salmon
and i order 2 orders of edamame all for myself
is that too much edamame?
too much fat or calories in the edamame?

How big are the orders of edamame?
I'm used to seeing about 1/3 cup to 1/2 cup per order.

No... I doesn't sounds like too much.
Just enjoy and worry about fat from fast foods and other unhealthy sources.

Edamame is a really healthy food. Unless it's slathered in butter, you can eat as much as you like!
