Yes, you do and your doctor can provide you with a weaning schedule and a replacement medication, if necessary. Norvasc is often used for blood pressure or chest pain. It needs to be weaned so that your condition does not become worse or lead to serious complications (chest pain,rapid increase in blood pressure, etc) .

Yes, but you don't have to wean off the medication like norvasc the doctor will give you lower doses or medicaction simular to norvasc then in time there will be no side effects.

I've been on celery seed for a couple of days and seeing a drop in systolic in jus a couple of days. This may or may not be the full answer but this fast result in a short time gives me hope. Any comments would be appreciated.

i stopped it cold turkey and started taking cozzar. i did not have any problems when i stooped taking it.
