I always get this bump on my skin near my genital area, nothing on my penis or balls but close to it, all it is, is raised skin, no wierd and bad looking rashes, what could it be?

It's probably an ingrown hair...I wouldn't worry about it too much as long as it's not on your penis or testicles.

there is no way to answer that without seeing the "bump". Ask your doctor.

from your typing i would strongley tell you to go to your.dr. or county health department on this matter better safe rather than sorry in my opion?

make an appointment for STD testing. always use a condom.
