My friend is a heart patient. First Angio was done two years back. Now he has some problem and doctor suggested another Angiogram.
Please someone post your opinion.

You can have as many angiograms as you need providing your kidneys are in good enough shape to tolerate the dye.
Usually, they do the angiogram and treat pts with compromized renal function with mucomyst orally to help clear it (the dye) from the body.
You friend needs to get an angiogram if the MD says so and as soon as possible. You cannot live without a heart working properly.

I understand it is like THE best test to find out what is going on.

If doc is asking for it, probably be a good idea to do it. I sure would but I like to stay alive.
