You need to have a firm diagnosis of what if anything serious is wrong. And yes, some people do have positive results using CoQ10 with electrical malfunctions. BUT, big BUT, you should use it only as a supplement to good diagnosis and treatment.
I have never heard anything about Vit E treating electrical disturbances, but it wouldn't hurt.

300 mg of CoQ10 is an awful lot. You might cut the dose to 50 or 100. The jury is still out on it. My cardiologist just gave me approval to take 100 mg and I am thinking of dropping to 50.

CoQ10 is used in cells to burn energy and statins + age+ heart failure can reduce the amount in your system. At least that's what I have read.

Read up on it before you take it.

no, co-Q10 will reduce cholesterol, and Vit E is a good antioxidant, but neither of those have any effect on the way the heart beats. If you feel your heart is skipping beats you need to see a heart doctor, called a cardiologist.

The only person who can advise you on treating any heart condition is a cardiologist. Definitely go visit one if you think or know you have a heart condition--trust me.
