You have type 1 diabetes n struggelin to keep good control during breaks etc.? (just a guess!) The ideal would be to get a pump - they're not for everyone n a lot of work but mean you can eat what and when you want; but they're expensive n not always available on the nhs. Spk to your doc about them, n about basal-bolus with lantus or detimer insulin, also ask about carb counting and if possible get yourself on a DAFNE (dose adjustment for normal eating) course (availability again depends on where you live). Look forward to small goals. For example while you are working, work hard till your break or lunch time. Or when you have 2 hours left of work, look forward to getting home. Look forward for the weekend. When you complete these small goals then things will seem less harder.

I have the perfect combination for you, Smarties as in the chocolate treat, Dr pepper as in the drink and pro plus as in the caffeine tablets brilliant combination works for me every time!!!

last friday i had this problem.... today i am sat at home relaxing ie i left the job it was too much (and yes i will get another but with less pressure)
