Rolled ups with Flour Tortillas

Fillings can be:
Peanut Butter
Cheese
any meat you like
any combination of the above.

Place on Tortilla and put in microwave for 15-20 secs.
Remove and if you wish add any lettuce tomatoe.. peppers, mayo - you get the idea.
Roll Up and slice an place on tray.

I take peanut butter or cheese roll ups (uncut) to training for quick snacks for members to cut the edge as we often train into lunch time or supper time... lol...

Good Luck

Roll-ups
Spread soft onion/chive cream cheese completely over flour tortillas. Cover that with very thin slices of hard salami, roll up tightly, chill. Cut in 2" slices and arrange on a platter.

Oyster snackers
2 bags oyster crackers; 1 cup vegetable oil; 1 package ranch flavor salad dressing mix; 1 T garlic powder, 2 T dill weed. Pour crackers into a large bowl & set aside. In a smaller bowl, whisk remaining ingredients together. Pour over crackers & stir til coated.

Soy wings
Bake wingettes in a sauce of half water & half soy sauce for 45 minutes at 425 degrees.

Chili dip
Melt a can of beanless chili with an equal amount of velveeta. Serve with tortilla chips

Little Wieners
Heat weiners in a sauce of half bottled chili sauce & half grape jelly. This sounds awful, but its GREAT!!

Have a great party!!

Any theme? Are you looking for appetizers mostly? Try things like mini sandwiches, coconut shrimp, stuffed mushrooms, mini stuffed peppers, cheese plates, fruit and veggie trays, mini meatballs, chips and dips. . . .You could even do like one dish meals, that people can just make little plates and forks (no cutting required, etc) like casseroles, or lasagna. . . . . The options are endless.

o me the best thing to do is make what you want-cut into bite size portions and put toothpicks on them. makes the food easy to handle and clean up is a breeze-my favs include cutting cheese and veggies and placing on toothpicks. easy and quick to do-celery and carrots are quite easy to do this with and they are eaten because you dont have to worry about dropping them or getting food all over you.
