The first thing you need to do is to cut out the excesses in your diet & drink water throughout the day. You're retaining fluids for some reason & the water will help flush it out. Is your intake of sodium high? Anything, including soy milk, in excess is stressful to your digestive system. It will rebel against the offending food, as you are now finding out. You could also be allergic to soy...don't worry, soy is great, but you can still obtain high-quality protein from other legumes, nuts, & seeds. Go easy on the fiber cereal as well. Those cereals usually contain bran, which should only be ingested on occasion to get the system flowing. Otherwise, bran is to harsh too be taken daily & could cause gas bloat. For "milk," try almond milk instead in MODERATION & get some veggies! :) (but steam them first to aid in digestion).

Some people are actually allergic to soy, or become allergic after they have eaten it too often. Hopefully this is not the case.
Sometimes a diet that is too high in fiber can disagree with the digestive system, but usually it would be the runs rather than constipation. Or if your digestive system has become accustomed to high fiber, you might get constipated - prune juice and aloe vera juice are known home remedies for constipation.
Or if you are female, and it is that time of month, unfortunately bloating is not unusual, you might check at your local drugstore for remedies for this.

Go to the store, purchase a bottle of prune juice and after you drink a tall glass, don't leave the house until you have finished pooping.

Lock the door to your bathroom, and sit in a hot bath tub...it feels soooo good! Or...use a heating pad, try to sleep, take meds, etc.
