I hope you are seriously listening to the advice from greenghost , and Katie G .. Once your body becomes accustomed to the lack of calories , the belief you are starving it , .. it can take years for it to go back to a normal balance . It will also begin to rid itself of what it considers unnecessary (unimportant for survival) .. as your hair may begin to fall out , you skin may become very dry , you can develop wrinkles at an early age , develop loose saggy skin , your teeth will become weak and can even break ..this is not something to fool around with .. I will not even go into what what will begin to happen internally .. it is your life, your health , your happiness ! Ok but you are young and just need to understand the mechanics of the human body and the nutritional requirements .. As I have explained your body will try to survive by lowering your metabloism , ridding itself at your looks expense of non essentials , and store everything you do eat in your fat cells causing them to "expand " .. You can reverse all this ..lose a couple of pounds if you want and Be healthy at the same time ! .. That is the better path .. first eating a small meal every three hours will boost your metabloism , drinking water or tea is not food .. second for breakfast eating oatmeal with a sprinkle of flax seed and fortified soy milk , fresh fruit or a medium sized juice , and add a nice tofu style egg scramble with a bit of soy cheese on occassions or sauteed veggies .. mix it up on different days .... I like to experiment with tofu omlettes adding mushroom/potato or bell pepper /tomato etc .. ... think and plan .. within three hours have a light snack of raw carrots and sliced fresh fruit (citrus type) and a small handful of nuts (good fat) or look up raw food snacks , (you can pick different snacks but a raw veggie and fresh fruit is great ) .. for lunch having an avocado / black bean burrito or taco , you like veggie dogs which is fine but add some sauteed onions using a bit of olive oil on medium heat , mushrooms , or other toppings you may enjoy (experiment and have fun) , adding a roasted , boiled, or baked potato or brown rice side dish ,along with 1/2 cup of vegetable and end with some fruit , three hours again eat snacks of fresh fruits and/or veggies .. keeping them raw is best for snacks , dinner make a mock chefs salad with the works, have some soup and whole grains , or have a whole wheat pasta prima vera , and a side salad .. if you do not over eat , keep your portions to a medium size you can eat plenty , get all the nutrition you need , calories and maintain and ideal body weight .. last make sure you keep your body working all night by eating late snack of apple ( fresh or baked) , or mango , or papaya , or pineapple .. You need to get more food, more variety , more useable calories .. you can have 2 cups of green tea per day and as I said before if you want to drink a glass of water 30 minutes before your meal ..(not 20 ounces) ..there are tons of high nutrition low calorie soups , you can eat with lunch or dinner .. go to a recipe site and type in some fruits or veggies you like to get more ideas what to do with them .. I think you want to be healthy , not fat and look good .. If you eat properly when you want some soy ice cream or a nice vegan tofu cheesecake ..you body will not put on a bit of weight ... I maintained the same weight eating a lot of good food ..and enjoying every minute of it .. My last suggestion is once a week eat something you have never eaten before.. your body will process it well investigating, breaking it down and add "No" weight but will add nutrition ..So go about the proper way of acheiving this.. you can email me if I can help further.. Listen to the good advice you have been given and the the real concern of greenghost ..I have given you some suggestions to get you started but you need to read and understand your body .. get some books on nutrition geared towards vegetarians / vegans from the library and READ everything .. or as some have suggested go to nutrtiotionist who understands vegetarians .. and last Walk everywhere you can ..it burns calories, keeps your body working , and will keep you fit .. but start to make these changes asap ..before you do permanent damage ! ok?

You aren't eating healthy, you're on a starvation diet. If you were jailed and being fed this few calories Amnesty International, the ACLU, the Red Cross/Red Crescent and every other human rights organization would be holding press conferences to alert the world that you were being starved!
Based on this and your other recent question that I answered, your typical diet is lacking in EVERY required nutrient!! I'd actually guess you are in the early stages of Anorexia Nervosa based on the admittedly small amount of information I know about you. You're an early teenage girl of healthy weight who's convinced she's overweight (you stated in your other Q that you want to drop 15 pounds) and is dropping the weight by drastically cutting caloric intake. No need to answer here but have you done any binge eating whilst on this ultra-low calorie diet? What I mean is suddenly getting a food craving where you eat (oh, maybe) 1000 or so calories at a sitting, followed by at least the urge to puke it up? I'd guess you have and I'd be willing to bet you carefully measured every last bit you ate! You're in the early (I HOPE) stages of an eating disorder!! YOU ARE HURTING YOUR BODY!!!
Don't take my word for it, at a minimum do a web search on Anorexia Nervosa, please! As I said in the other answer please consult a dietitian, please! If you're scared to do face time with an adult, try plugging your dietary information into the NutritionData website tools, here's the link:

The only calories you don't list on your breakfast are the strawberries. I'll be generous and give you 5 calories for each one making your total breakfast calories equal 160 when they should be closer to 600. Your morning snack is 0 calories and isn't a snack since it's just fluid. I'll be generous with your lunch and credit a banana with 120 calories, I'll also toss the orange in as part of it and (again, be generous) cal it 90. That makes your lunch at most 360 calories instead of 500-600.
On your 3:15 the veggies are 0 calories but I'll go ahead and give you a calorie for each which gives you 136 calories.
Your dinner is no more than 284 calories, being generous and adding your 'snacks' I'll credit you with another 300 calories bringing your daily total to AT BEST 956 calories. Removing the calories I fudged into the equations means that you really got around 725. That's no better than half of what you should have eaten and is really what you should have had for breakfast.
Get the picture? You are slowly KILLING yourself!

I really think you should listen to Greenghost up there. He knows what hes talking about. I saw you post almost the exact thing before, and you don't seem to have made much change. Eating healthy and dieting shouldn't be about starvation. Lettuce and water?? That is giving you nothing! There is also no need to measure your water intake. Just drink plenty of it. All I can say is eat!!! before your body shuts down on you. You must see by that list, how poorly you are eating, and if you don't see that, than maybe you do need to talk to a professional regarding your eating habits.

Pretty healthy. I'd add a couple hundred more calories ( you ate around 1200). Shoot for 1500, but that depends on your activity level of course. You will want to probably add some more protein to your choices, and vary it so it is not always the same thing. Eating throughout the day is one of the best things you can do, as it will keep your metabolism up. Green tea is good, but try some different teas dear! Splenda no calorie sweetener is also a wonderful thing. You can add some dressing to your lettuce, especially if you use a vinaigrette type dressing- just make sure you watch how much you use. You have room for some more calories in your diet, and MAKE SURE you take a multivitamin. Remember that if you do not consume what you need in a day it takes it out of your body! (and I don't mean just fat honey, your body will take nutrients right out of your bones if you don't consume what it needs). You are at a healthy weight for your height, so if you are worried about your body I would suggest exercise that tones, instead of dieting. Just keep changing it up so you don't get burned out on it and you should be okay. The important things to remember on a vegetarian diet is to get lots of different kinds of protein, and to make sure you get plenty of calcium (if you are not consuming dairy). Good luck!

In terms of enough water and fruits & veggie intake, you're doing a good job :) However, as a growing teen, you definitely need more calories & good fats (especially w/ your veggies to help absorb vitamins). To be honest, I've never counted calories. Just eating a well-balanced diet w/ a variety of whole foods will keep you healthy w/out having to count calories.
Here are some meal plans to help you out: http://www.veganhealth.org/articles/meals
Overall recommendations:
Eat less highly-processed foods & add more whole grains, beans, nuts, etc. e.g., edamame & tofu are better sources of soy protein than fake meats w/ isolated soy protein. Flavor them w/ your favorite herbs, spices, oils.
Don't fall into the "low-fat" trap. Good fats in moderation can actually maintain ideal weight. Add good fats to your veggies (e.g., ground flaxseed, walnuts, olive oil).
Drink less water w/ food. Drinking too much water w/ food inhibits digestion of the food by diluting stomach acids.
Breakfast:
Here's a quick & easy way to add healthy & essential fat Omega-3: sprinkle a tablespoon of ground flaxseed on your cereal. Don't worry, it won't make you gain weight "Flax fat can be slimming. Fats high in essential fatty acids, such as flax, increase the body's metabolic rate, helping to burn the excess, unhealthy fats in the body." http://www.askdrsears.com/html/4/T041700.asp
Ditch the low-fat soy milk for regular enriched. At your age w/ a growing body, the healthy fat in soy is necessary. It would be better to replace highly processed cereals like Special K w/ whole grains, such as oatmeal, millet, etc. Save the 20oz water for snack.
Snacks:
Green tea: good idea drinking it as a snack instead of w/ meals as the acids in it can block absorption of some nutrients.

You need some protein or your muscles will start wasting away!
What's w/ eating lettuce and water?! You're not fat! Put some garbanzo beans and boiled egg on that salad!
Eat to combine proteins from your dry peas and beans. Dont like dried beans or peas? Then rethink being a vegetarian.
