The majority of sweet, sour and spicy foods actually have their basis in fruits and vegetables so it is a bit tough but I'm sure you can find some more examples!

In China, there is a very famous soup caled hot and sour soup.
I love it. It has a little vinegar in the stock, and lots of chili peppers.

sour - tamarind, mango powder,

in mexico/central/south america tamarind (is sour) is rolled in sugar, chili powder (ground red chili), and salt for treats.\

also, in India... there are snacks called chaats which contain salty items, sweet/sour tamarind sauce, and chili sauce with other items as well.

also in india and mexico/central/south america green mangoes (green and ripe) and guavas (sweet) are eaten with a salt/ground chili powder mix. the green mangoes being sour.

a mexican dish called (mole) mo-le , the sauce is made from bitter-sweet chocolate made in mexico... some people ad garlic and cumin,,, and then put chicken or a lean beef in it taste great... my grandmother used to make it.

The spiciest food I can suggest is Habanaro Peppers.WOW if you eat one.....hold on to your hat.So hot it will blow it off!!!
