Well, blood doesn't suddenly become "thinner" without a reason, but in the case where someone is anticoagulated beyond the therapeutic range, the risk is bleeding. Depending on the degree of anticoagulation, this can be anything from difficulty stopping cuts from bleeding to easy bruising to profuse, difficult to control bleeding from minor trauma like brushing your teeth. In severe cases it can lead to life threatening internal bleeding.

Could be a number of reasons. A vitamin C deficiency, maybe low platelets, anemia. Some people bruise more easily than others because they do not have as much clotting factor in their blood. Or they could be anemic. Some medications can cause blood thinning. In your situation, the thing to do is not panic and see your family doctor to have some tests done.

You would take longer to clot, so bleeding would last longer. You won't suddenly develop thinner blood unless you are on medication.

Signs of bleeding include: nosebleeds, bleeding gums, prolonged bleeding from a cut, heavier than normal menstrual or vaginal bleeding, coughing up blood, vomiting blood or coffee ground-like material, pink or dark brown urine, red or black tar-like stools, unusual bruising, headaches, dizziness, weakness, pain, swelling, or discomfort

probably nothing, unless maybe you could feel "better" than before, but if you cut yourself, you would take a lot longer to stop bleeding.

Thin blood = bleeds easily also bruses easily, so when you accidently hit your arm on the door, you will get a huge bruise instead of just a small one.

An additional isse -- you will bruise MUCH more easily, have larger, deeper bruises that last longer. I know -- been that way all my life due to that issue. Just bumping my desk lightly causes huge bruises like someone punched me.
