This small topic will help you out:
Excessive caffeine intake can lead to a fast heart rate, diuresis (excessive urination), nausea and vomiting, restlessness, anxiety, depression, tremors, and difficulty sleeping.
In adults it causes cardiac arrhythmias, tachycardia, extrasystoles, (ACS) ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME.
The effect of caffeine on health has been widely studied. In particular, the effects of caffeine on fibrocystic breast disease, heart and blood vessel disease, birth defects, reproductive function, and behavior in children has been closely examined. Associations usually linked to excessive intake have been found.
However, 1984 statement from the American Medical Association Council on Scientific Affairs stated, "Moderate tea or coffee drinkers probably have no concern for their health relative to their caffeine consumption provided other lifestyle habits (diet, alcohol consumption) are moderate as well." This statement emphasizes moderate caffeine use.
Abrupt withdrawal of caffeine may cause headaches, drowsiness, irritability, nausea, vomiting, and other symptoms. Reduce caffeine intake gradually to prevent any symptoms of withdrawal.

It depends on how much you drink, for how long you drink it and what you're actually drinking.
For example, it is known that calcium plus a diuretic will cause hypercalcemia which eventually leads to congestive heart failure. This is a concern when administering drugs because some drug combinations can cause this problem very quickly.
However, what's in a latte? Will the mixing of calcium and the diuretic (caffeine) lead to the same problem over time? Some people might cay these coffee drinks have been around for a long time, and I agree. However, show me a point in history when people were chugging 24oz drinks of this stuff 2-3 times a day.
Drinking straight coffee on its own is a different matter and moderate caffeine intake has been suggested to be safe by published studies. Again though, seek a real definition of "moderate" and don't just compare it to what people around you are doing.

Coffee can actually be healthy for you... a natural herb. But like anything else, it is processed artificially, we add sugar and flavoring, and then we drink far more than we should.

The fact that something's a herb doesn't mean it's healthy. Both sugar and chocalate come from plants.
