From what I remember, I've had Pearly Penile Papules when I started masturbating. Semen also touches my penis, but my Pearly Penile Papules never changed. Will it get affected?

if you are so worried, why dont you pull down your pants!!!! the only reason that i can think of that you are masturbating with your pants on is that you are hiding it from someone, meaning, are you doing this behind a newspaper in public or something?

Whatever's in your semen is already in you. Prolonged exposure to it on your skin could cause irritation just from the moisture or the flakes if allowed to dry completely.
