Eat protein like cheese or meat every two hours and it will level out your blood sugar .
We usually keep salami and lunch meat and thin sliced cheese on hand for roll ups, so my hubby can keep his sugar on an even keel.
You sound Hypoglycemic now that I think of it. Try eating something like a hard candy every couple of hours. I have Hypoglycemia as my Mother did and we have to work to keep our blood sugar up while my Husband works to keep his down.
When my sugar gets down, I am hungry a lot, cold and sweaty, weak, with a very low temp. My normal is about 2 and 1/2 degrees below normal. Anything to eat will help.
Test your blood sugar first thing in the morning. That is a fasting measurement. If it is extremely low it is probably hypoglycemia, normal is probably OK or maybe diabetic, but your DR. said you were OK, so I would not worry about that.
Just eat protein every two hours and try to keep it level.
Try to stay off of starches for a while, they tend to temporarily raise your sugar then it plunges when it wears off. The protein takes longer to digest and will stay more level.
(All starches convert to sugar in your system)

Low blood sugar will make you feel shaky and sick to your stomach, affect your eyesight, all types of things and they depend on you. Are you testing your blood sugar when this happens or just randomly? When you eat and feel tired, it is because your sugar is high. You can do all of this to yourself without being diabetic. If you carb out at a meal, everyone gets sleepy. If you don't eat regularly, you can make your sugar get very low and get shaky. When my sugar gets low, I get ravinous. You either have very bad eating habits, have diabetes, or need to see a doctor. Take your sugar when you get up in the morning, before and two hours after you eat. Your sugar should be back in the normal range within two hours. Your morning reading will tell if your body is producing lots of insulin at night. If at anytime you are not in the normal range, you have problems. Read Dr. Sears book about eating small balanced meals. He goes into the insulin/sugar relationship in our bodies. Sounds like yours is haywire and that is the beginning of becoming diabetic. Learn to get yourself in control and eat properly. You want to get this in control before you become full blown diabetic and then monitor yourself carefully forever. Sounds like a drag but it sure beats the alternative. Also have your teeth checked, floss and brush regularly. Get a good check up and tell them your could be prediabetic. Get general bloodwork done. Then you will know just where you stand and what you need to do to keep your health.

It might not have to do with your blood sugar. There are other things that play into energy levels and shakiness.
Anemia (low blood iron) will have the same affect as low blood sugar. See the link below.
You can over dose on Iron, so consult your doctor about testing for low blood iron (as simple as checking your blood sugar) and he/she will be able to help you with the vitamin supplements you may need to take.
For Iron rich foods use the 2nd link below.

Hyperglycemia(too much sugar)/ Hypoglycemia(too little sugar).
One persons normal Blood sugar Level is different to another. 4.5 - 7 is normal but for someone who is diabetic or has a history in their family it may be between 4.5 - 10

Did you have you check your thyroid? Could be something else.. maybe anemia. Ask your doctor what blood test he/she did. If you are not happy go back .. keep getting more test done.
