Kimchi fried rice. This is another classic that everyone loves!!
A lot of koreans love to make this with diced Spam(nobody knows why Koreans love Spam) but i like making it with chopped pork meat as it's a bit healthier than Spam. Put a generous amount of oil to a large frying pan(or a wok), stir chopped kimchi and chopped onion and fry them for a while until they look transluscent and browned a bit. Add Spam or meat. Add cooked white rice. mix all them up. Add a generous portion of sesame seed oil and sesame seeds.

Anyway, good luck, enjoy!

I'm not Korean and I quite like Kimchi. But I'd say that if you don't like anything pickled or the taste of garlic, you're kinda screwed. There's a lot of variety in kimchi, though, so you may be able to find a type you like.

RE:
How do I eat kimchi?
I was given homemade kimchi from a sweet Korean lady, but I don't know how to eat it. Can anyone tell me how to eat it and maybe give some recipes?! Thanks!

Kimchi is great. I love to eat it with a bowl of white rice. It can be a side dish with most any oriental foods.

It's a condiment or side dish and amongst other things, it's usually served with Bulgogi, a korean marinated beef dish. I just gave someone my Korean friend's recipe on another question. See the link below.
