it's not wasabi or the srirchi sauce. For sure not as spicy as either. It has a light creamy texture and it put on the King Cobra roll.

I don't know the Japanese word for it, but technically it is spicy mayonnaise. It's made by combining Japanese chili sauce and Japanese mayonnaise which is a bit different from American mayonnaise.
If you just ask them for spicy mayonnaise in a japanese restaurant, they'll know what you're talking about. I order it all the time.

I have gone to about four sushi restaurants, and they have a sauce called the Bruce Lee Hot Sauce (or somethin' like that). It is orange, as it is like sriracha, except spicier (it IS possible, lol), and more orange-y.
