I had woken up early this morning , I only got 3 hours sleep, I felt ok, just really typical waking up too early. I ended up going back to sleep but with my pants on, no covers, the AC at full throttle. I slept for about at hour and woke up cold, I started to feel like chilly, shivering and feeling real , just cold. My skin even looked cold. I do remmeber waking like that one time, years ago, and my mom said it was anxiety attack or seomthing. I dont have a fever which was the weird part. I was starting to get nervous about it cause I started to feel almost lathargic but able to, I was kinda scared. My girlfriend said she was hot but I wasnt and I wantd to get up and raise the AC therm.stat. I still feel a bit strange but im ok. I started thinking if I was bleeding internaly, of course I would think that, but I have no pain.

You know after you asked about a nightmare, I didnt have a nightmare, though the dream I had was a little stressing I remmeber, I was dreaming alot right before I woke up, something of water gushing out of something, looked like a statue. I woke up and I was cold cold, thats whn I started to shiver and it was almost hard to get warm again even with my girlfreind close, I think I'm anemic according to my doctor but I felt fine about an hour and half before I went back to sleep, although, I only had 2 hours of sleep that day.

I think I did miss a meal, though, I dont think i've been eating right cause i've cut back on eating alot lately. And I did have an appointment that morning , which is why I got up so early, I do have bleeding nose every so often.

If you sleep with your clothes off and no covers with the AC blowing on you, trust me you will wake up feeling cold. Does your GF have a fever?

Take your own temperature when you are shivering. It sounds like shock. Did you miss any meal ? Did you have a nightmare ? Is there any pressing appointment ?
