There are a few symptoms that made us realize that my little brother had diabetes.
1. You feel like you are thirsty all the time and keep drinking.
2. You need to urinate all the time and it has a very strong smell, more so like your first morning one, or worst.
3. You have a bad breath, smells like acetone.
4.You have mood swings, because your pancreas doesn't regulate your insulin production very well.
5. you feel tired and upset at times, or dizzy., depends on the high or low glucose level.
Most of the time untreated diabetes ends up with high glucose levels which is very bad for you kidneys. That's what makes your urine smell so bad too.
If you assume you have diabetes and even more if it's in you family, even in a generation or 2 before you, contact a physician, you need to get treated immediately.
* remember, due to the summer heat, you may feel tired and thirsty too, so it needs to be a combination of symptom's, but only your doctor can precisely tell you what's going on.
Good luck.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

If you have a friend who has a blood sugar meter, you can see if they will test your blood for you. You should do it in the morning before you eat or drink anything. It should be no higher than 105. If it is, chances are, you are diabetic. You can also buy test strips for your urine at the drugstore which will tell you if you are spilling sugar in your urine. Unfortunately, most adult diabetics don't spill sugar in their urine until their blood sugar is pretty high, so if that's positive, you definitely need to see a doctor ASAP.
As far as other symptoms, for women frequent vaginal infections, and generalized itching can be an indicator. The things like extreme thirst, hunger, and frequent urination often don't show up in adults until the blood sugar is dangerously high.
If you are seriously concerned, you need to see a doctor. Controlled, diabetes can cause almost no effects, uncontrolled it can kill you in a very few years.

Type 1 Diabetes Symptoms
The symptoms of Type I diabetes often come on suddenly and very severely. They include:
* being exceptionally thirsty
* dry mouth
* the need to urinate often
* weight loss (even though you may be hungry and eating well)
* feeling weak and tired
* blurry vision
Type 2 Diabetes Symptoms
Sometimes, people with Type II diabetes don't notice any symptoms or the symptoms are experienced gradually. They include:
* blurry vision
* cuts or sores that are slow to heal
* itchy skin, yeast infections
* increased thirst
* dry mouth
* need to urinate often
* leg pain
The only way you can be sure you have diabetes is by getting a test.
If test results are normal, the test should be repeated every three years. If you have risk factors for diabetes, you should be tested at a younger age and more often. The high risk factors include:
* Being more than 20 percent above your ideal body weight or having a body mass index (BMI) of greater than or equal to 27. The BMI is the ratio of weight in kilograms to height in meters squared. Your doctor can give you information on your BMI.
* Calculate Your Body Mass Index.
* Having a mother, father, brother or sister with diabetes.
* Being African American, Alaska Native, Pacific Islander American, Hispanic, Native or Asian American.
* Giving birth to a baby weighing more than 9 lbs or having diabetes during pregnancy (gestational diabetes).
* Having an HDL cholesterol level less than 35 mg/dL (HDL is the 'good' cholesterol) or trigylcerides (certain kinds of body fat) greater than 250 mg/dL.
* Having blood pressure at or above 140/90 millimeters of mercury (mmHg).
* Having abnormal glucose levels when previously tested for diabetes.

If there are any cuts or burns, it will not heal with simple medicines if you have Diabetes. You will be very thirsty several times in a day. There will be pain in the legs.
Better, you urinate at a quite place in your house compound when there is no rain. If you are diabetic, ants will be creeping where you have urinated, within a few minutes.

Old time doctors in underdevelped countries used to taste the urine to see if it has a sweet taste. It only tastes sweet if you are spilling sugar as a result of having diabetes.
