Without any tests done, how can I know that I have Diabetes or not?

If you have a friend who has a blood sugar meter, you can see if they will test your blood for you. You should do it in the morning before you eat or drink anything. It should be no higher than 105. If it is, chances are, you are diabetic. You can also buy test strips for your urine at the drugstore which will tell you if you are spilling sugar in your urine.
