There are a lot of possibilities. You should have it checked out.
It might just be a bump or it could be something more serious. If there is any possibility of herpes you should get it looked at by a doctor.

Could be HPV and if it is, it can lead to certain types of cancers, over 90% of people may have it and not even know it. Look it up, get the shot, get the liquid nitro treatment if its just the warts but either way, get it treated!

It could be a lot of things....shavinng bumps, allergic reaction, bruise, in-grown hair, ect It is hard to say as a more detailed description is needed.

could be, or it could be HPV (a string of Genital warts), or a pimple, an ingrown hair. Go to the doctor.
