sugar does not cause diabetes. In fact the body runs on sugar, everything you eat is broken down into simple sugars for use by the cells of the body. Diabetes occurs when you over load the system and become resistant to your own insulin. The best way to prevent adult onset diabetes is to control your weight. If you are overweight, lose at least 10% of your total body weight.

It's more then just how much of a sugar intake you have. There are many hidden sugars in everyday healthy foods like milk, fruit, and bread products. A balanced diet is always a good thing combined with a good exercise program. You should discuss your concerns with a health professional especially if you have a family history of diabetes. You may have to have a blood test or be refered to a nutrionalist for food counseling. Live an active life, eat healhty food in moderation and you will be on the road to a lower chance of developing diabetes.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Taking sugar is not directly linked to the risk of diabetes. It is weight and obesity that has a direct relationship. Those with weight problems tend to face an increased risk to diabetes.

Healthy diet and good lifestyle habits play important roles in prevention of any diseases including diabetes.

It is not sugar only you should watch. Many things such as flour, bread and fruits get turned into sugar.
1) cut out milk and all derivatives.
2) take at least 6-10 grams of vitamin C
3) take a magnesium tablet.
Shop for foods with a low GI ( Glycemic Index) rating.
Don't get overweight.
