This diet is not even close to healthy. You are not getting anywhere near the correct amount of ANYTHING you should be. Continued eating like this could lead to real deficiencies.
Lets begin at grains. You have not even taken in 1/3 the amount of whole grains that you should have. You need to eat more whole grains in your diet.
Dairy- You have only had one cup of soy milk, even if you are not eating any dairy you still need to take in about 2 more cups of dairy a day.
You bean intake is too low, you need more for the recommended daily amount of protien that is adviced per day. You are only eating 24grams, when you should be eating 50 grams.
You total daily fat is also too low, you should be eating about 20% fat of you daily calorie intake, you are only taking in 14%. You are also burning off those calories and fat while running, so you are no where near a healthy fat intake.
Looking at this "diet" sends off red flags. It seems as if you are chugging water to keep yourself from eating more food. A "diet" like this could lead to an eating disorder. You should be taking in at least 1200 calories, if not more. Anorexia is not just about not eating, but restricting calorie intake to an unhealthy level. If you are restricting your calories to 900 every day then you should seek out help from your doctor.
A diet that is restricts calories too much will not make you lose weight. After a week or so your body will go into a starvation mode, where the body holds onto as many calories as possible and you'll stop losing weight.
You should talk to a dietitian about your weight concern, he/she can help you create a healthy and realistic diet plan.
A good way to see if your daily eating habits meet daily standards is to use http://www.mypyramid.gov/ it allows you to input food eaten and then anylises the conponents.

Okay...not great. Firstly, you should NOT measure your water. You should simply drink 8 or more glasses a day. Then you need to eat the following:
Breakfast: Oats with Golden Syryp or Brown Sugar. and a banana
Snack: Needs to be something like a bag of grapes or a handful of mixed nuts.
Lunch: Maybe a brown rice salad with mixed vege's or miso soup.
Snack: Should be something like vege sticks with hommus.
Dinner: Maybe something like a vegetable stir-fry with chicken or lamb (not if you are a vegetarian of course) or you can add mixed beans like broad and black and butter beans.
If you are trying to form a healthy diet and lose weight then you most defiantely WILL NOT stick to the plan you made. Sorry but that is a fact. I am a registers dietician and nutritionalist. The plan I made should work but if you get hungry throughout the day even with this plan then eat protein (nuts, soy or beans and legumes) and make sure you have a wholemeal bread roll with soups and crackers for snacks. Hope this helped.

Stop checkin the calories and check the amount of protein you're getting.
You only had like 25-30 grams of protein. You should get 60-70 at least.

Well, lemme tell u this much, I did that and I lost 100 lbs in 7 months. It works but it gets old. Plus, if u exercise your going to burn all of that off and it'll eat excess fat. But as for your question, if u wanna lose weight, what you ate was ok, but i still think u can squeeze a couple more cals in there if u want. A good web site is ; caloriesperhour.com
it gives u your BMR which tells u how much cals u burn by being alive. That site should help though :)
and i am sorry, but u will NOT be very fit. anyone who does that for too long(with the exemption of an exeptionally fat vertically-challenged person) will become deficient in nutrients and eventually be anorexic. at least it was that way in my case...
good lluck anyway...

It doesn't sound like you are getting enough protein or good fats that your body needs. Try eating some meat, unless you are a vegetarian, or you could eat nuts.
Also, your diet needs more grains. If you are going for the ultra healthy bit then might I suggest wheat crackers or whole grain bread.
Other than that sounds good. You are getting enough sleep, and eating super healthy, and maybe not enough.
Just make sure you don't get too absorbed in counting calories and staying thin, watch out for anorexia.

not enough protein. Either suck it up and eat some meat, or learn to live with being anemic and iron deficient. Otherwise, it would seem about right. Maybe some more potato sort of stuff, starches. But you are definately good on the 4 of teh six food groups. Veggies, Grain, fruit and dairy. Just get some beans and meat and you'll be good.
