Thats a simple question.

5 Cloves of chopped garlic
1 cup of Teriyaki
1/2 cup of good red wine
1/2 cup of Olive Oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Stir it all up well.
This one is not just good for steaks.
But just about any type of meat.

OK! You need to get a sour and bitter orange (get that in a tropical market) squeeze the juice out to the orange ,make sure that all the pits are out . In a mortar pound finely 2 cloves of garlic ,five sprays of italian parsley,1 sprig of thyme , 2 cloves , squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lime and get 1/4 cup of natural virgin olive oil Robusto type .Mix all these ingredients and pour over your steak let it stand for at least 7 hours outside of the refrigerator ; cover and shake the steak a few times; add some sea salt and voila. You will shake the house with the smell.Serve this savory steak well done please. You never know.Your steak must be fat and marbelised.Horror of horror ! You only live once and eat steak twice a year ;dont you? Wash your steak down with champagne or a red wine Cabernet Sauvignon.oh la la !!!

Buy a dry rub from the grocery store - called Montreal steak spice. Sprinkle liberally on both sides of steak. Grill / bake as you will to desired doneness. In a saucepan, add cooking sherry, worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. Cook until sauce thickens. Pour over the steak when it's plated. Yum!

Steak marinates well in season all, garlic powder, onion powder, worsershire sauce and black pepper. Seal in a zip-lock bag in the fridge for at least an hour.
