Burritos? Taste great...
However... They aren't really authentic Mexican food. You will never see burritos on a menu in Mexico that doesn't cater to US tourists.
They are Tex-Mex, not authentic Mexican food. Mexican food is extremely varied, and there are so many dishes that you can't find in most Mexican-style restaurants north of the border. But burritos isn't one of them you find South of the border.

There are ALL kinds of burritos, some are wonderful and some disgusting.
In spanish burrito means donkey :)

You engleesh you puzzles me, you don't eat ze horse but gobbling up ze Burrito. iz Donkey yo eats, but only made bestist by using olding age donkey that can't pull plough any more, cut off one leg at a time, make heem last longer... They are absolutely yummy. And they have so many different ways to stuff them nowadays. Steak, chicken, veggies, beef, potatoes, chili, beans, etc. I don't think I'll ever get tired of them.
