Virtually all vegetables contain sugar. It's how the plant stores the energy from sunlight, in order to make it through the night.
Sugar beets have enough sugar that they're grown specifically for that purpose. Corn contains a lot of sugar, too; normally, it's processed as a syrup, though.

All vegetables contain sugars of different types. Some veg are grown for their sugar content, eg beet and sugar cane, mostly the sugar content is low when the veg are young and high as they mature. Parsnips, for instance, contain mostly starch until the first frosts, then the frost turns the starch into sugar. That's why winter is the best time to eat parsnips. They taste much nicer.
Legumes are the other way round and contain more sugar when young. Peas are nicer really young ... Mmmmm

The actual definition of a vegetable is debatable, but anyway some other sources of sugar in veggies are parsnip,
peas (many forms Snow Peas, Sugar Snap Peas),
sweet corn etc are good examples.
As regards to the types of vegetables
Vegetables are available in many varieties and can be classified into biological groups or ‘families’, including:
* Leafy green – lettuce, spinach and silverbeet
* Crucifer – cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts and broccoli
* Curcurbits – pumpkin, cucumber and zucchini
* Root – potato, sweet potato and yam
* Edible plant stem – celery and asparagus
* Allium – onion, garlic and shallot.

I agree that the organic sugars in fruit is healthy. in spite of everything, fruit is organic and healthy and does not incorporate the synthetic overly processed corn syrup and severe fructose corn syrup, etc. I do disagree with the sugar cane remark. Sugar cane, in its organic form is organic. White sugar comes from sugar cane, although that's greater processed and bleached white and not almost as organic. (it is why i exploit Sugar in the uncooked for baking.) As has been pronounced, vegetables do not contian sugar, yet as they are entire and genuine and organic, they are healthy.
