Yes they can. Most of what a yeast infection needs is another warm, damp place to grow. If you're referring to sexual contact, it can happen. In un-circumcized males, this happens easily with their foreskin harboring an excellent place for yeast to thrive.

Yep they sure can!! My girlfriend was told to have her partner get treatment for yeast infection as well since they were having sex right before she got checked for hers. So they wouldn't keep passing it back and forth.
