The high fever may have damaged her nerves or spine. Does she respond to pain stimuli, that sort of thing? If you prick her little toesies, does she feel it?

If that's the case, you may need to get her one of those wheeled things for her back end. But make sure there isn't some kind of blockage or pain that's preventing her from walking--it might be severe inflammation that is pressing on her nerves so that she can't walk. If human backs can go out, dog backs can, too. When my sciatica was really bothering me, it killed my whole left leg and I could barely walk. In the case of inflammation, there might be shots or meds that can help with the pain.

Poor girl. That's sad. But she's not doomed--there are things you can do to help her. And make sure she doesn't get overheated, especially while she's recovering from lung disease (which can take a while.) Bulldogs, as a short-faced breed, are prone to overheating because their tongues and muzzles and everything don't work the same as dogs with long muzzles. Their panting doesn't cool them as effectively, so make sure you can wet her down and cool her off if she gets too hot.

Good luck!

a fever that high in a dog probably caused brain damage.
Suggest putting the poor thing down.
