A normal EKG will show an incomplete or partial heart block RBBB, any way you can lead a normal span of life by taking some ASA aspirin in75mg dose daily.
Echo will only show the existing anatomy of your heart, also TMT can bypass such minor. Remember whenever you talk of cardiac electrical impulses it is EKG at the top.
Talk out with your consultant.

Well, RBBB is typically something that increases in frequency with age. You didn't say how old you are, so that's an important factor.
I'm guessing that you have been experiencing that feeling of your heart "skipping beats" or having an irregular rhythm of some sort. The echo shows how the heart pumps and how the blood flows through the heart, as well as the size of the organ and vessels. The stress test shows how your heart works during exercise - and it kind of surprises me that it didn't show any abnormality, but hearts work differently when they are at rest.
A bundle branch block basically means that the electrical impulse that normally starts in the SA node and travels through the heart in a very particular pattern is being blocked in the bundle of His. Often, though an incomplete RBBB is a normal variant on ECG. Talk more with your cardiologist about what to expect in the future.

A right bundle branch block (RBBB) is a defect in the heart's electrical conduction system.
During a right bundle branch block, the right ventricle is not directly activated by impulses travelling through the right bundle branch. The left ventricle however, is still normally activated by the left bundle branch and these impulses travel through the left ventricle's myocardium to the right ventricle and activate the right ventricle.
Normally, the electrical impulse travels down both the right and left bundle branches at the same speed and the ventricles contract at the same time. If there is a block in one of the branches, it's called a bundle branch block. A bundle branch block causes one ventricle to contract just after the other ventricle
Prevalence of RBBB increases with age.

First, "free will" is not the gift of some divine God; it'a complete man-made thing. Second, I don't think God can be blamed because people (heterosexuals, homosexuals, bi-sexuals, etc) can't keep themselves from hopping into the sack with whomever they met at the bar, and as for the kids dying of starvation, get nutcases out of power in places like Lybia and the Sudan who hijack food shipments for themselves and their henchmen. Problem solved.
