Baby foods including their boxed cereals. Food low in fat like ground buffalo meat. Fruits especially papaya. I would think protein drinks would digest well. Also Yogurt and any fruit or vegetable drinks. Soups too. I have poor digestion so these are things that have worked for me. Goat Milk is easy to digest too.
I find using my pressure cooker to cook foods makes them easier to digest.

How fast a food digests depends on what else you've eaten, on an empty stomach fruit will digest really fast however since different foods need different PH's to digest if you eat it after a meal it may just sit in you stomach waiting to be digested

People who run marathon races generally pig out on pasta as the best pre-race meal---protein takes a lot longer to digest and get into the system, but pasta boots you up right away. Generally, carbs are quicker - high-fibre fruits & vegs probably next in line, and meat at the very slowest range. It's like making a fire...paper, kindling and logs.

I like this topic - digestion is a specialty of mine.
Melons - 15 min
Bananas, raisons, dried fruit - 1 hr
All other fruits - 30 min
And you get more out of fruit because there's hardly any digestion nessessary.

i'm like that too. once you have a bowl stream, you do away with the previous meal, not the meal you purely ate. So in case you at breakfast and then had a bowl stream, you're breakfast pushed down final nighttime's dinner. It takes 4-5 hours for the foodstuff to drain the tummy.
