It could have something to do with bronchitis but the only way to know for sure is to see your dr to have them evaluate the situation further.

Coughing alone cannot be taken as HIV sympton .You have to go for an HIV test to be sure.I will suggest that you get pure natural honey and carrots.Eat 3-4 medium sized roots and one tablespoon of honey , three times a day.Do this for two weeks or more. The result will astonish you.Carrots and honey are mild on the stomach with antibacterial properties. They will help in clearing your chest of any microbial infections .I have done this before and it worked.

if you've had it for that long, it's probably allergy related or reflux related. Sometimes there is just a small amount of stomach reflux that comes into your throat causing a mild cough. if you have stomach issues also, try an antacid. if it's severe, get tested for h pylori. i've seen people with mild cough for months have this, get treated and the cough disappears. good luck.

It is probably just sensitivity to dust like the others have said but you really should go & get it checked out.I had a cough for about a year but then it got worse & I would get breathless & light headed. Eventually after lots of nagging from my family ,I went to see my GP, he sent me for loads of tests ,including allergy tests & lung function tests where you blow into a computer , it checks how well your lungs are working. Long story short is I have a serious lung disease called CFA. You will probably have a dust allergy or some thing ,but please go get it checked

Probably allergies. My cough and congested throat has continued non-stop now for over 2 years. See an allergist. Not that it will help-but maybe for you it will. Good luck. Also, do you have mold in your house?

if it is very mild, dont worry about too much, it could be just dust getting caught in your throat, or allergies
worst case scenario: if you're coughing up blood and have chest pains, it could be tuberculosis

Hi, it could be a dust mite allergy or you might have detergent or fabric softener allergy. Worth a visit to the doctor for a skin test any way.
