I would want to know why you have low calcium. There could be an endocrine problem causing this. Also, ask for a bone density test.

First you should learn how to spell "calcium", then you should try to include more foods high in calcium in your diet. Not just dairy products, either. There are all kinds of foods high in calcium, including dark, leafy greens, beans, nuts, and seeds, not to mention the host of fortified foods out there that are chock-full of calcium. Do not forget to get other nutrients that affect the absorption of calcium, like vitamin D, either.
If your calcium levels are still low, then supplementation may be necessary.
Also be sure to get the right amount of protein, too much or too little and your calcium intake wont matter if you're trying to avoid osteoperosis.

Sir/Mam, Calcium tablet do no good for your kidney. Beside menopause women n man can't effectively absorb calcium anymore.
I always suggest Calcitriol preparation. 0.25 mcg, twice daily.
Consult your doctor. Calcium tablet could be harm for some people especially people with hypertension, kidney stone n diabetes.
