my wife has dizzy spells that make her sick?

Your wife needs to see a doctor. Nobody here can diagnose her. These symptoms could be caused by a great many things -- pregnancy, an inner ear problem, hormonal imbalance, infection, etc. Bottom line -- time to see the doctor.

Dizzy spells don't necessarily means that she may be pregnant. Dizziness can be a result of many illnesses. Take her to see a doctor befor it get worst.

You give absolutely no information about your wife, her age, weight, how many meals she eats a day, what drugs does she take (prescriptions) including over the counter.
Her work habits, this may all be a bearing to her illness, how many kids do you have, does she work or is a stay at home mom? etc, etc.

id say she has low blood preasure she must take it easy and drink lots of water. i had this when i was pregnant (not that im saying she is) but dizziness is pretty common. as i said rest and water. she might have a virus too. tell her not to rush things if she needs to get somewhere in the house she must stande up get her balance and slowly walk there.

I am sorry. Dizziness can be caused by many things. I think she should see a DR. When she goes, have her write down when they first began, what she is usually doing when they happen, how frequently they happen and if she is taking any medicine, alcohol or if it affects her vision.

It could be a number of things, but is worth getting checked out. It could be low blood pressure, but could be a host of other things too. I'd get it checked out to rule out medical problems.
