1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1/2 cup blueberries
And 3/4 cup of all bran cereal and only 1% milk

Lunch:
4oz piece of chicken
2 cups string beans
1/2 cup kidney beans
An apple

Dinner:
Poached Salmon
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup brown rice

Snacks:
String Cheese
Dry roasted soy nuts
sugar-free jello/pudding

i am currently eating this way and was wondering will i have success with loseing weight? sometimes i substitute items.

Yes, but you need to vary this or you will be bored. Be sure that you eat at least a total of 130 carbs a day. Your brain need this amt to function properly. Generally go for 25 for breakfast, 50 for lunch, 50 for dinner and include two snacks if necessary. Before bed have about 20 carbs to hold your blood sugar level until breakfast. Your snacks can be 15 each. Each meal should have a fat, carb, and protein. Good luck.
