I will not go more in detail since people have given scientific reasons . So I will give in a spiritual way. Those who are born has to die which is a law of nature. All the great persons died. So why death will leave you alone ?
It is better to die at right time to get new body as per our karmas.

Your question sounds like a new James Bond movie title.

Why To Die ?

But, seriously, we are living organisms and all living things go though a life cycle. Actually humans begin the process of dying at birth. It is just what natural law is all about. Humans are much more fragile then we like to think we are.

But as a Christian I view death as a re-birth, a natural part of the life cycle.

It is funny though how most people view death, or better yet, how they deny death. We are all going to die, no doubt. When someone we know dies, people want to believe that they feel sorry that, that person died because they cared for them. But mostly the truth is we are feeling sorry for ourselves, above all. We go to funerals and claim to care for the person that died, but really we look upon them as ourselves, because we are glad it is not us laying there.

Death is a state of non existence. In the Bible at Romans 5:12, it tells us why we die and it is because of the sin of Adam in the garden of Eden. As a result of his sin, he passed on sin and death to all his descendants. Also at Ecclesiates 9:5,6,10 it shows us that death is a state of nonexistence. However, at John 5:28,29 it shows us what the Bible based hope for the dead is and that is the resurrection hope. So all of us, have the hope of a resurrection on a paradise earth, this too is Bible based. I hope this helps. If you would like to know about what the Bible teaches about death, you can contact the local Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's witnesses and they will be glad to assist you.

to explain you in an indian, and a reigoius way i can tell you that it is bound that every person born, is at the same time bound to die 1 day,it is a bitter truth, that is perfectly stated in the BHagvad Gita!!
death is in fact a day when you are judged by higher athorities i.e., God and His representatives, its actully a chance given by God to you enjoy the modes of material nature you are in ,for eg if you like to eat meat and abominable things,in the next birth you are given a body of a hog that eats stool!!
So ,if you desire to reach the abode of Lord at the crucial time of death, you are as per your wish rewadded there!!!!
remember that ,uuuuu!!!
are not the body you think yourself as ,,in fact you are a spirit soul!!!!!!!
it ensures you that you are eternal as God but not god!!1
the explanation i gave proves that God is our Supreme Well Wisher,he even grants our desire to have a specific body even at death!!!
death is infact also a lesson for a human being (as he can realize that death is near!),that every thing in this so called world is temporary!!!
there is an end to your possesions after you die, therefore is is clear that all want eternal happiness,so to be happy you shouls try to hanker for the eternal sky!!!
that is the Lord's abode!!!
for more pl consult your nearby ISKCON temple!!!!!!
they are experts in this matter!!!!!

There is a season for everything and death is a part of life.
You are born, you mature, you have children they grow, they have children. You get older and eventually die, your children have their time and die, their children have their children and die, and their childrens' childrens' childrens' childrens' children.
It is the path of life. Life moves through the generations, it does not count the individuals. Just the descendants are what carry life.
If nothing individual died then there would not be enough material, space or air for life itself to carry on.
You only live on through your children.

Whatever comes up, has to go down. Nature's law. Birth and death are not in your control. It is destined. One can't change it. That is why, you are born and that is why, you will die, One day.
