I probably would, but i know there would be issues. Im Catholic and i would want my kid baptist and communion and all that. and if the mom is of a different religion she would want her own thing. thats why i think its better to marry someone from the same religion, just to avoid those issues.

The Bible says not to be unevenly yoked, meaning you should marry a non-believer. Marriage is hard enough with half ending in divorce. If you are religious and believe in certain standards, why would you want to put an extra burden on your marriage, and increase the odds of it not working. Also, think of your children. With a mother who is not a believer, it's more likely that the children won't believe either, and being Catholic, you know what that means.

Yes, without problem.I am not religious, and i can assure you that all religions are the same with the same rules and principles.I can also assure you that my best friends are from different religions.
The respect, the love, and the comunication of 2 people is not based on a belief, and on some celebrations, but on the feelings and the mutual respect...

if i would be a Protestant, i wouldnt say to my kids they should be too, cause they have their own opinion, they should think of what they wanna be later, its their life. i have chosen my religion then and they should get the chance to chose as well.

but i understand what you are talking about, of course its much complicated. either you marry someone from your religion or you marry someone from an other who listen to you and makes everything what you want him to do...=D
